Achieved flow state in 15 minutes post waking up. It is just incredible how the less things I do between waking up and starting coding, the easier it is to be productive and in a flow state. It sets a positive mood for the whole day.
If I can stack up days like these, I will have a great life, and I'll be fun to be around. It also looks like eating as less as possible before coding also positively impacts how clear and sharp my mind is. As a maker, this is priceless.

Record breaking speed today, I went from wake up to flow state in 30min. I'll keep looking for ways to optimize this even more.

These past few weeks, I have been on a quest to simplify/optimize most of my life as much as possible, and cutting down everything that causes friction between me and coding/drawing/being happy.
Here are some of the things I have done so far:
  • Defined a morning routine that gets me to flow state in about 45 min, instead of 1h30.
  • I have cut down all screens/activity before sleep
  • I have cut 50% of bad foods.
  • I have sold / thrown away most of my stuff.
How did I achieve this?
  • Tracking and rating what I do every single day for the past month.
  • Identify what I can optimize.
  • Execute without overthinking (most of the time)
Few things I want to improve:
  • Cut sugar intake even more.
  • Priotize better Doclime tasks.
  • Draw more often and longer (now 10-30min per day, if not 0). My goal is draw 15 pages/month forever, without burning out.
  • Get to flow state faster, 15min post wake up, would be ideal.
